• If a company finds that the talent provided by V Company does not meet its requirements or if the engagement with the talent ends for any reason, we offer a replacement service.
  

• Replacement of Talent: Companies are entitled to request a replacement for the hired candidate within the first three months of their employment. We will work diligently to provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost.

3. Alternate Placement Policy for Job Seekers

For job seekers, V Company is committed to your career success. If a job seeker loses their job within three months of placement through our services, we offer the following:

• Alternate Company Placement: We will actively assist in finding an alternate placement with another company within the industry, without any additional fees, ensuring continuity in your employment.

• Membership Validity: Job seeker memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of payment. If you wish to continue using our services beyond this period, you can choose to renew your membership for an additional 12 months.
  

4. Validity of Payment

All payments made to V Company are valid for 12 months from the date of payment. This validity period allows clients and job seekers to utilize our services within a reasonable time frame.

• During this period, companies can request replacements, and job seekers can seek alternate placements as per the policies outlined above.
  

5. Exceptions and Special Cases

While we strive to be fair and transparent, certain special cases may be considered at the discretion of V Company. We reserve the right to assess and decide on such matters on a case-by-case basis, always in compliance with Indian laws and regulations.
